Exchange or return of products
The satisfaction of our customers is one of our fundamental values. If the product does not meet the reasonable performance desired, you can send us an exchange or return request under the following conditions:

The request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

The product must be returned under the same conditions as it was sent to you: in its original undamaged box, showing no signs of use, with all its accessories and documentation.

Products received damaged or defective
If it turns out that you receive a damaged product or that it becomes defective within the first few days of its use, you must immediately send us a request for an exchange or return.
Please note that the request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order and you must return the product to us within this time frame.
12-month guarantee of conformity and use
Échafauds Plus warrants the product against any defect in material or workmanship. Return the product to Échafauds Plus postage paid. Échafauds Plus agrees to repair or replace, at its option, this product free of charge and return it to you within a reasonable time. You will need to pick up the repaired or replaced item. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper or inadequate maintenance or abuse. Proof of purchase must accompany the return.
Accuracy of information
The price and availability of a product may change without notice. Under these circumstances, Échafauds Plus reserves the right to cancel an order or to correct errors if necessary, even if your order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. In the event of an order cancellation, we will refund the full amount by crediting your credit card.
