Pick-up procedure

The ordered product must be picked up at the Laval branch at the address below:

2897 Av Francis-Hughes, Laval (Quebec) H7L 4G8

As soon as your order is ready to pick up, you will receive a notification to this effect.

Once ordered, you have 14 days to collect your order from the address above. Otherwise, Action Scaffold may, at its discretion, reimburse you and return the product to inventory.

If an ordered product is not available, we will contact you as soon as possible to find out about the next possible pickup date. If the pick-up date does not suit you, we can proceed with an exchange or a full refund.
